PLANNED AUXILIARY INSTALLATIONS
Possible areas designated for “Data-center” or “Servers” of future tenants should have an independent air conditioning system according to the Client’s requirements, possibly with a standby system.
If essential electrical supply for air conditioning and Datacenter equipment is considered, the tenant must provide their generator equipment.

Suspended ceiling combining gypsum perimeter panels and 60 x 60 mm modular panels in the center, Armstrong RH-90 type. Floors and walls in Pamesa Elegance Cement 60 x 30 porcelain tiles. Countertops in black Brazilian granite, partitions in Formica, embedded accessories, and frameless full-width mirrors.
Men’s and women’s sanitary facilities on each floor, sized and configured flexibly to serve occupants regardless of the division of each floor. Sanitary fixtures are white ceramic, FERRUM line, pressmatic faucets, valves, and chrome accessories.
