Imported curtain wall, double-glazed with exterior neutral glass, 12mm air chamber with double seal. Interior laminated colorless glass 4+4. The crowning, with its corresponding wings and super vertical mullions, is covered with white Alucobond aluminum panels.

ENTRANCE HALLS

General floor in absolute black Marmeta. In the front desk area, Arabescato white marble carpet. The walls are covered with opaque black glass and the ceilings with gypsum. In the elevator area, the cladding is Arabescato white marble, with the corresponding elevator doors in stainless steel.

LOBBIES

Floor in black porcelain tile, wall cladding in opaque white glass, and gypsum ceilings. Access to office floors with stainless steel carpentry doors and 6mm Pyran S glass with intumescent seal.

ACCESS CONTROLS

Pedestrian access control with facial recognition camera and temperature measurement, in the Ground Floor Hall and the elevator cabins.

ELEVATORS

6 elevators per tower, each with a capacity of 20 passengers, brand Thyssen Krupp, with computerized operation. The finishes of the cabins include stainless steel doors and sidewalls, floors in absolute black and Arabescato white marble.

STAIRS

Pressurized stairs with polished cement steps, metallic noses, and metallic railings. They have reinforced concrete firewalls and latex paint finish.

AIR CONDITIONING AND IONIZING FILTERS IN COMMON AREAS

The building uses a Variable Refrigerant Volume (V.R.V) system for air conditioning, with indoor and outdoor units connected by a heat pump. The common areas have an independent electrically powered VRV system. Additionally, ionizing filters were installed in 2021 to improve air quality in shared spaces.
