Aire acondicionado y filtros ionizadores en áreas comunes
Instalación general del edificio mediante sistema de Volumen de Refrigerante Variable (V.R.V). Consiste en módulos compuestos por múltiples unidades de tratamiento de aire interior, combinados con unidades exteriores “frío / calor” por bomba de calor. Se encuentra instalado un sistema independientes VRV para áreas comunes abastecidos eléctricamente desde el tablero de servicios auxiliares del edificio. En el año 2021 se instalaron, en los espacios comunes, los filtros ionizadores para tratar la calidad del aire.
Teléfono y comunicaciones
La entrada para telefonía y fibra óptica está provista en un tablero general y un local telefónico en cada piso.
Instalación eléctrica
La instalación eléctrica fue prevista para un consumo total por m2 del orden de los 100w. Se cuenta con un grupo electrógeno de emergencia por cada torre que permite abastecer los servicios esenciales (Incendio, Ascensores, Sistema de Control (BMS) e iluminación de emergencia).
Provisión de tablero seccional principal para oficinas con interruptores térmomagnéticos y disyuntores diferenciales de primera marca.
Cada planta tipo de oficinas asegura un mínimo de 500 lux sobre el plano de trabajo.

The building has access control, a CCTV system, lighting controls in common areas, electricity and water consumption management systems. It also features a BMS (Building Management System), HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning) control systems, and electrical and water systems to ensure maximum economy and comfort optimization. The CCTV systems consist of strategically placed cameras throughout the building, along with infrared sensors to contribute to tenant security.

FIRE DETECTION AND EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM
The building has in its common areas: fire alarms, fire doors, hydrants, fire extinguishers, smoke and temperature detectors, sprinklers, emergency lights, and power generators as required by the Buenos Aires City Fire Department and NFPA (USA Standard). Additionally, it features central panels connected to thermal detectors, manual controls, with auditory and visual signaling, allowing for immediate location of combustion and alarm communication in all common areas.
